How does facebook mobile app advertising work?

If someone advertised their mobile application through Mobile App Ads , tell me, payment for installation occurs upon installation, or even if the user clicked install, the appstore window opened and he closed it.
That is, if my application costs $2, I set the price of $1 per installation in the advertising campaign, will this dollar be charged if the user actually bought the application?

Facebook takes money for the install, no matter how much the app costs. If a user installed/purchased by clicking on the banner, facebook will charge you the price of the installation in his system
