How does dual lan technology work in motherboards?

В общем есть материнская плата ASRock Z390M-ITX/ac с двумя lan-портами,которые как указывается на сайте производителя могут работать совместно,для увеличения пропускной способности.
То есть в теории если я воткну два кабеля по 100 мб/сек будет 200?
Какие условия мне нужно соблюсти чтобы это заработало ?
Кто сталкивался с реальным применением этой технологии?
P.S. Слышал для того чтобы все получилось нужны кабеля от двух разных провайдеров + от каждого статический айпи.

работать будут как два паровоза, сцепленные вместе - БЕЗ ВАГОНОВ
или - ПЕРВЫЙ тянет, второй тянется, или ВТОРОЙ толкает , первый не участвует
дело в том, что в TCP по умолчанию может быть только один путь, в винде ты ставишь приоритет интерфейсов, и весь траффик идет на первый по приоритету
но еще можно указать прямо - к каким IP через какой шлюз ходить
поэтому ВМЕСТЕ работает так - ставится прокси, ВЫШЕ, на одном интерфейсе прописываетcя IP прокси,
и в браузерах, где надо - или в торренте / других программах - пишется этот прокси
тогда часть ходит через один, все остальное - через основной

Is 1G/sec not enough speed for some task?
Can your disk or SSD read or write at that speed???
On the topic - if the switch on the other end supports the same technology, then you will have one network card operating at double speed.

If balancing / aggregating channels is the Internet, then Mikrotik, opnsense, pfsense will help you.
If you have a local network - L2 switch, LACP.
I think that dual lan in the terminology of the manufacturer mat. The boards are the same as LACP, support via drivers.
