How does cgo LDFLAGS work?

You need to implement this How to use din. libraries not from global space?
It's written in the docs

// #cgo LDFLAGS: -L${SRCDIR}/libs -lfoo
// #cgo LDFLAGS: -L/go/src/foo/libs -lfoo

but I still don't understand how it works. Can you explain?
