Load balancing

How does balancing work in Ubiquiti EdgeRouter?

The question is probably knowledgeable and those who have worked with Ubiquiti.
I set up traffic balancing on Ubiquiti EdgeRouter. eth0 provider A, eth1 provider B, eth2-LAN with DHCP and a laptop as a client.
And for some reason the traffic goes through eth0 or eth1. And he does not switch channels if the current port is forcibly turned off.
I assumed that traffic balancing works somehow differently. Or I configured something wrong.

First, update the firmware, currently the latest version of EdgeRouter is v1.9.7+hotfix.4.
Secondly, use the built-in Wizard, there are two options for Load Balancing, and make sure "Failover Only -- Only this interface if the other fails" is not checked.
That's all, it works for me personally, even with unequal channels: 100M / s ETTH and 20-30M / s LTE both channels are evenly loaded.
But another problem comes up - for example, when working with online banking, it constantly throws out due to the fact that calls come from different networks. Here's how to tightly nail the banking session to the interface from which the output begins ??? Even static routing doesn't help :(
