How does Angular 1.*.* work initially?

1. As I understand it, Angular starts after the page is loaded?!
2. Next, it runs through all the tags in the ng-app element and collects information about the attributes.
3. Well, then it starts the cycles (watchers, etc...)
So?
Most interested in point 2!

If I take a remote resource (.js, .css, .jpg...) via https, and the site with the resource is available via http. Or vice versa. Is it always possible to take? 3Reply
