How does a Vue project build?

Hello, I built the project through vue-cli-service build and a folder appeared with the usual html, js, css files. The problem is that when I open the html document it is empty. There is no layout, only the connection of scripts, styles and icons. What could be the problem?

In your misunderstanding of what SPA is and how it works. That's the way it should be. The layout will appear while the application is running.
