How does a unique picture get into the adblock?

We make a website with goods. All of a sudden, a picture stops showing. Adblock cuts. On different computers in different cities. Already several cases. Here is what the one who uploads writes: "How does it get there?? They sent me a photo, I edited it a bit in Paint, changed the extension, saved it in a jeep ... and created a new product"
