I have 2 sections on my site - “books” and “movies”. As you may have guessed, they will contain books and films on the topic of the site. Under the description of the book or movie, there will be a block of links. It will look like this:

I will post books and films monthly, 2-5 pieces each. It turns out that on each page there will be from 1 to 4 links to external resources. These will be stores, file hosting and torrents.
I will publish books and films from the first month of the site's operation. Will the presence of a large number of outgoing links affect the promotion of the site? Will there be sanctions from the PS for this? All links in blocks are closed in “no follow”.
The same applies to the “Events” section, where links to online and offline events will be located:

Also a large number of periodically changing outgoing links. And everything is in “no follow” too. Is it dangerous? Does it make sense to wait with these sections and add them, for example, 3 - 6 - 12 months after the start?

nofollow is not a panacea.
I would advise to close them via js.

Another option: all outgoing ones are wrapped to their own domain, where the redirect comes from (already by appointment) through meta http-equiv="refresh", or better - through js, but not through 30X code, since 30X redirects can stick together.

Expose all links through an internal redirect, like Vk and many other sites.
So the link http://example.comshould look like this:

http://yourdomain.com/away.php?to=http://example.com

For SEO + external links, the best option is a smart combination of methods:
http://domain.ltd/ext/films/superFilm/and on click - go through the dynamic JS that is on the page /ext/films/super-film/.
The purpose of the transition - you specify for a specific page OUTSIDE the link: in the database or in the JS code directly on the page.
We do not close anything with "no follow"! Because You will close the promotion yourself!
