How does 414x736 turn into 1080x1920?

If you count, it turns out that 1 virtual pixel contains 2.6 real ones. But this cannot be!

mobile device screens have 5 basic
on-screen pixel densities.
But the coordinates are given in pt = 1/72 of an inch.
Therefore, graphics are made in at least 4 variants
LDPI - 0.75x - almost an atavism
MDPI - Original size
HDPI - 1.5x
XHDPI - 2.0x
XXHDPI - 3x
XXXHDPI - 4.0x - TVs or a very fancy gadget
1080 in width is XXHDPI - 360 pixels wide on a 5 inch device.
But if the manufacturer wants to make a larger diagonal, then 414 appear
