How do you work with Paymentwall payment aggregator?
Good afternoon.
I'm thinking of connecting Paymentwall to an online e-book store. I have not worked with them before and found little information about him on the Internet. I have an LLC in the Russian Federation and now I plan to open a foreign currency account.
If you work with him, could you please share your experience?
- What documents should I get from them in order to demonstrate where the money came from during the tax audit?
- How do you work with them (technical support, are there any delays in payments, ...)?
- Or can you offer an alternative to this aggregator?

I better start from the end: I will offer alternatives.
01. Z-Payment - I have been working closely with them since 2010, since 2008 I have basically joined. They have an agent in the Russian Federation and we work with them under a commission-purchase and sale agreement within the framework of the Civil Code. Of the reporting documents, a report is provided (an act on the services rendered). Of the pluses - the possibility of reducing tariffs (for the store they lowered 3 times, for the exchanger - 1). Those. Support is adequate but not 24/7. Because was originally developed in Russia - there are no problems with localization. I was very pleased with their antifraud, because. on one resource he sold digital goods (in particular, Skype, Ukash checks) and there were attempts to "launder", but almost all of them were immediately stopped. Of the obvious disadvantages - the design of the 90s personal account, but this is a matter of habit more than anything else
02. Robox - a year ago I would have advised them 100% ( having made a reservation about commissions ), but now I don’t know, because. they are too tied to the Okena bank (this is the Okena bank now), but what is happening with our bank. system - see for yourself. Actually, therefore, I would not advise you to focus on SWIFT transfers - the future of this system in the Russian Federation is vague.
3. PayU - I work. I don’t complain either, the only, most adequate support: for example, they have a lot of personal data, a cat. I sent it for verification, but in the end it turned out that I missed the information somewhere. Question: why was it not said before sending the documents? In general, they work within the framework of the Federal Law "On the National Payment System" as an NPO, so there are no problems with the docks either. Now I have made a transfer to them of one partner project - I want to see how it will be with a turnover of 10 million and more.
In fact, for 7 years I have worked with most solutions: Liqpay, W1, WM, Poison, Qiwi, and so on. I will say that they all have their pros and cons. Personally, I always see 3 components:
01. Stabilityregarding the money invested. For example, problems with SMS, when a "war" broke out between Op.cell.Svyaz and banks, it was clear who was fighting for the client and who was not.
02. Support : when I wait for a response from major players for 12-20 hours, it becomes clear to me that I personally am ready to pay extra interest for specifics. Again, 24/7 support is useless. In 99% of cases, it is not organized as agreed. For me - less is better, but better, i.e. stipulated when, stipulated how much and do.
03. Tariffs . The more I earn or bring clients, the lower the rates should be. And point. If this is a gap of 1 million - 10 million - 100 million - then this is not flexibility, but visibility.
PS I'm not talking about processing. I'm talking about aggregators. And the second - the paymentwall.com specified by you for the Russian Federation is not the best option, although I myself recently connected them for a test: so far I have not seen anything beyond the standard web 2.0 design.
