How do you work with different time zones?
Now I'm studying the Date object and all the main points are clear to me. Displaying local time is not a problem. But what if you want to display the time in different time zones? In addition, many countries practice daylight savings time and vice versa. What solution do you use in such situations?

question is not trivial. Also keep in mind that timezones can be set as "GMT + 3", "Europe / Moscow", "MSK" and all this is the same.
