Tell us how you use System center products in your companies? We have SCCM, SCOM, SCVMM deployed, but we have no idea what to do with them. That is, as a first approximation, it is clear that you can receive reports, monitor servers, but so far, apart from monitoring Sharepoint, nothing has been invented.

SCCM has an inventory of software and hardware. There are many reports available and some of them can be very useful.
Look at the reports first - they do not require any special skills or training.
Next, you can deal with the deployment of software or operating systems.
