How do you style your React project?

Hi guys!
I read a rather interesting article on Habré about styling components in your projects. How do you do it? Which approach do you choose?
ps ahead of the project on React'e I want to hear the opinions of experienced guys who have already stepped on a rake

I want to switch to css modules, but for now I prefer to use BEM, each component has its own block - its own scss file.
