Colleagues, tell me how you solve the problem of connecting to Sberbank (sbi.sberbank.ru)? The fact is that a week ago, on 3 computers from which he went bukh to Sberbank, he stupidly stopped opening. At the same time on others, everything works.
We have ruled out network problems, computers have direct access to the Internet. Updates are worth everything. Antivirus is disabled. Do not wait for answers from Sber. If the matter would be in the operating system .... but two identical computers, both with 7 work on one, but not on the other. It seems to have double-checked everything that they recommend, everything is normal. But doesn't work.

What does stop mean? Does the name resolve to the address? Ping, trace? The same goes for the main page. Do other banks work on https?
