How do you solve the problem of confusion in the mass of messages?

I have many contacts with whom I communicate in instant messengers, social networks. networks, via e-mail, etc.
I don't know many of them personally; with someone I "yell", with someone I exchange experience in something. Of course, I don't remember their names, nicknames, etc.
Bottom line: several installed messaging programs, each with a bunch of contacts from which I get a ton of messages. How do you solve this problem: let's say I want to be able to sort them out of the whole ton of notifications from different messengers according to the "purposes" described above.

Miranda: https://www.miranda-ng.org/ru/ and plugins for it.
We are transferring everyone, if possible, to the TOX protocol.

No way. You can’t drag everyone into one messenger or service. You have to suffer.

Try to find out what is happening on celebrity messengers, they are somehow struggling with 5 thousand messages a day

Chats
are not designed for this
. If the client wants something, let him write a structured letter to the mail

Get yourself a “database of contacts”, even in electronic form, even on a “leaflet”. Have you heard of paper phone books? "Thousands" of contacts? So you didn’t get them in one day, you’ll rake a little.

Please try my Habarshi product for this task.
I had the same problem, in the correspondence a lot of necessary things remained overboard. The organizer was missing in the messenger. And I decided a messenger with a built-in organizer. The server turns around in 5 minutes and forward.
