How do you set up a project in Wordpress + bootstrap + sublime text for comfortable work?

I have recently started to create a lot of sites on wordpress. I'm already used to Sublime text 3 and bootstrap 4 and really enjoy working with them. But with wordpress and bootstrap, the content on the pages has to be created as a separate html file, so that its code can be conveniently edited in html, and then uploaded to wordpress in the code editor is wildly inconvenient.
How are you doing it?
