How do you publish open-source libraries to Maven Central?
I ran into a problem when publishing an Open-Source library to Maven Central.
My scriptlet4docx project has been published via sonatype.org but no version updates are happening.
I started with 0.6, everything is ok, after 9 months I published 0.6.1, and after another month 0.6.2.
0.6.1 and 0.6.2 have not appeared in Maven Central for a very long time.
Recently, 0.6.1 appeared in Maven Central, but 0.6.2 is still not available, although it has been 3 weeks since the release was prepared.
Did according to this instruction, everything worked for the original version 0.6.
jroller.com/holy/entry/releasing_a_project_to_maven I opened
a ticket in sonatype.org about the lack of normal synchronization, in response, complete silence.
Please offer a reliable way to publish, without deploying your repository, on free resources.

Synchronization once was, but disappeared without a trace a few years ago. And it looks like they won't get it back.
There is an alternative - bintray.com
I wrote a long sandbox article on publishing an artifact to Maven Central via Sonatype OSSRH. I just got an invite for her (probably, there’s nothing else for her), but for some reason I don’t see her anywhere here ... If she doesn’t appear, I’ll post it somewhere else and throw a link.
