Tell me if the assembly is normal? Maybe you can add something, change, pay extra 3-4 thousand. Or maybe for this amount, compose something better.

Take the OEM version of the processor and buy a tower like gammax 300 or 400. Seriously, the 2600x boxed cooler is garbage, it is unlikely to even take its declared turbo with it.

The mother is better from Asus, also on the B450. Tuf b450m pro gaming.
Replaced with r5 2600 OEM, cooler Gammax 400 perfectly keeps temperatures in overclocking up to 4.1 GHz.
Replace RAM with Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 3000 MHz. Aegis sucks to chase, despite the fact that it's G-Skill.
If possible, replace the video card with an rtx 2060 Super if rays are needed, or you can consider a 1660 Super.
The FSP Q-DION power supply is not at all like the FSP. In the budget segment, there are quite good Thermaltake, Normal FSP (do not take Q-DION).
