How do you design the database structure?

What service / tool would you recommend for designing a laravel database project?
Now I use laravelsd.com , but I find that it is not very convenient to work with it when the database is large with a bunch of links.

There is an opinion that it is better to design on a piece of paper and a ballpoint pen.
1. Gives your eyes a break from the monitor.
2. I remember fine motor skills
3. The lack of the ability to quickly correct something makes me think more carefully and further.
Well, this is purely IMHO.
