How do you apply morfling animations to SVG elements without JS today?
When I said the magic words " Okey, google " and dived into the abyss of information, the first thing I stumbled upon was the concept of SMIL animation. This is a rather old format, invented back in 1997 and is gradually forgotten about now. From the useful - it can also be more flexible in the dynamics of the animation flow than CSS3, and it can interact with the d attribute of the tag in my SVG file. Sadly, Opera mini and IE do not support it (according to rumors, Chrome also refused, but I did not find information about this).
After that, I got into the Google documentation and this is what I found there :
Especially for the lazy - it describes any interaction of interfaces with the SVG format
and here are ways to animate SVG content on the page
PS I would be glad if you share this text with friends who could answer this question;)
