How do they work with content pages in the admin area today?

For today, we give some kind of wysiwyg editor to the site admin panel, into which the administrator could write whatever he wants and thereby create simple content pages. But now various landing pages are popular and designs of even simple pages are made complicated, which sometimes you have to insert the entire layout into the editor, which sometimes drives him crazy. We decided that it's time to abandon this and really liked the "dropbox paper" option, screenshots:

Ie . split into small components and manage everything separately.
I decided to look for at least some blanks, but something is still not working out very well, I can’t even make a correct query on Google.
Maybe someone has met this, if there is a blank on vue.js, then it’s generally gorgeous !, or maybe someone has a more convenient thing? Maybe someone has already walked along this road and everything is really bad there that they refused? I will be glad to any advice.
