I saw bots in a telegram with which you send a link to a video from YouTube, he sends you this video (after downloading it, as I understand it) and you can download it.
Curious to know how these bots work? Where does the bot download the video to send it to the user?
I don’t know if it’s worth using libraries that are created in order to download videos from YouTube (PyTube, for example)

Perhaps the download goes to the vps / vds server, the video is sent to the user, and then deleted.
Or somehow everything is tied up on the database
