How do services determine the age of a particular page in Yandex?

There are a number of services for determining the age of a particular page of the site, for example https://be1.ru/vozrast-stranicy/ or https://almost.ru/age-yandex/ or another... You indicate to them a list of pages, and they give you the dates when these pages were indexed by Yandex. Question: does Yandex have some kind of API for this, or is it parsing the output of some kind of request to the Yandex search line?
Previously, this was displayed by adding the how=tm parameter to the request, but this functionality was covered in Yasha. How is it determined now?
