How do PS relate to reference books / dictionaries?

Good day. If the site needs to use some popular reference book/dictionary, etc., for example, Ozhegov's dictionary or any other of hundreds of thousands on the Internet, how will this affect search results? Namely:
1. Will such pages be indexed at all?
2. Is this a good reason to exclude a site from search?
3. Will the site fall in search results for other keywords?
4. Will all 3 points above be affected by having unique content on the site?
