How do nginx configs work?

Ubuntu 16 with ISP panel there /etc/nginx/vhosts-includesare 3 config files in the folder:
awstats-nginx.conf
phpmyadmin-nginx.conf
roundcube-nginx.conf
1) Is everything set up to automatically include all configs from this folder? Those. if I add another file, for example my-nginx.conf, will it be automatically connected too?
2) Where does it lie in this case and what is the name of the most important nginx config, where are the timeouts specified, etc.?

See the variable --conf-pathin the output nginx -V. If such a file does not exist, create and add include to it with the appropriate directory.
