How do I upload project files to PhpStorm 7?

I did everything in accordance (it seems) with this guide: habrahabr.ru/post/209254
But anyway, I can’t download files in the "Remote Host" panel
All files and folders are loaded, but there is no "download" item or am I misunderstanding something?

You most likely simply did not specify the Deployment path on server field in the Project Settings -> Deployment settings on the Mappings tab . If nothing is specified there, then the storm simply does not know where / where to load the files, even though it allows you to see what is there (or copy it manually) to a remote host. If you don't want to specify a specific path there, just put a slash ( / ).

You can simply download the files in any way to a local folder, then open this folder in phpstorm. And then configure the deployment to the original Tools-Deployment server.
