How do I sign up for a YouTube Premium subscription in a country where it's not available?

There is a list of countries where the YouTube Premium subscription is valid support.google.com .
Can you share your experience? Is it possible to somehow add a user from a country in which YouTube Premium is not available to a family account?

All accounts in a family account must be from the same region. Try changing the country of residence in the settings of that account (or even specify the same addresses everywhere).
