How do I set up goals in Google Analytics latest version (GA4)?

In the old version of Universal Analyticscs, you could go through the menu in "Conversions - Goals". As far as I understand, the goals were set up there in a similar way to how it is done in Yandex metrics. Now new resources are being added to analytics with the GA4 version - how do you set goals there?
