How do I set up easyphp Devserver on my machine to run localhost/home?

Downloaded from office. site easyphp devserver , I run the program, go to localhost/home, which gives me
Not Found
The requested URL /home was not found on this server.
And when you right-click on the running program, the following menu opens:

And here (Open Dashboard) it is not clear where to specify the root folder for Apache - c: / web
