How do I set up an application on the OK site?

You need to configure authorization through OK. Unfortunately, the application settings interface on the OK website prevents me from doing this. Without adding platforms, there is no way to set up authorization (as it says on the site https://apiok.ru/ext/oauth/). And when adding platforms, the site asks me for data that I don't have. How to fill in the following fields:
