Hello.
Please help me solve this problem: OneNote 2013 and SharePoint 2013 do not freeze on computers in Accounting. Changes are not sent or received, but OneNote does not show errors during synchronization.
Microsoft's recommendations for the requirements for OneNote document libraries in SharePoint have been met.
So far, I found out that the WebClient service is not working:
