How do I resolve the "Access Denied" problem with Apollo?

Good day to all.
There is a project that was written back in the days of Gradle 5.6.4 (or being added, I don’t know for sure - I inherited it). Now, when trying to build a signed Bundle for publishing on Google Play, it asks to update the Android Gradle Plugin. After updating the plugin, Apollo crashes with an error a la "C:\Users\admin\Android\Projects\\app\build\generated\source\apollo\generatedIR\productionRelease (Permission denied)". When trying to update Gradle itself from 5.6.4 to 6.2.2 and 6.4 and Apollo to the latest version, it refuses to build due to a Kotlin initialization error (swears, by the way, at the "apply plugin: 'kotlin-android'" line in build. gradle). Building an APK is not an option, it is the Bundle that is required. You cannot roll back Gradle to 5.0 (for example), the minimum version is 5.6.4 for this project.

Who faced and what solution to the problem will you tell me?

@marmuff

In general, for those who suffer: I managed to do this by rolling back the version of May 20, 2019 to the studio. This is the most casual option.
