How do I record a voice response?

Hello.
I'm taking a customer's order over the phone and my IVR asks the customer what's your name? and here the system should record the response of the person. Then I ask for the address and I have to write down the customer's address. How to do it in freepbx.

If records should be separately, in any way. This can be easily and simply implemented without FreePBX - on bare Asterisk.
