How do I receive payouts from the Unity Asset Store?

I decided to upload my 3D models to the Asset Store, but there was a problem.

There were no problems with registering a Publisher account, and there were no problems with my PayPal either. But then I noticed the inscription: "You will not be able to receive payments until the tax status is confirmed."

Should it be registered or not? If necessary, what and on what page to indicate?
