How do I put django on a host (deploy?) heroku?

I created a Django web application (small and light), then I wanted to put it on the host, heroku chose the solution, I found this guide:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DqXsWWG6P9Y&ab_cha...
I followed step by step instructions, but there was such a problem:

Here is what I wrote in settings

What should I do to fix this error?
Is there another way to host django for free? This is my test job, I shouldn't put it on the host, but I would like to. It can stay online for a week~ and then it doesn't matter what happens to it
