How do I get the price of an item from Steam?

Is there an API to get the price of an item in the Steam inventory? Previously used address access

steamcommunity.com/market/priceoverview/?currency=...

but recently, after a certain number of requests, an IP block is placed for a while. It is inconvenient for the server to change the IP constantly. In the current version of the Steam Web API, I did not notice anything similar.

The Steam API has a limit of 100,000 requests per day . That's quite a lot :) Probably more than "a certain amount" :)
And how many requests actually go? Why are there many? Maybe the problem should be solved by reducing the number of requests?
