How do I get confirmation that I have agreed to the Terms of Service on Upwork?
Good day.
I decided to work for Upwork in white - I registered an individual entrepreneur, opened an account with Alfa-Bank.
Stuck at the stage of registration of the contract-offer in the currency control.
I sent them this contract-offer signed on the side of Upwork. They called - they said that I should attach to this some confirmation that I agreed with this offer. They said that it could be a screenshot of a successful registration email. But I deleted it a long time ago and irretrievably, and the Upwork support service refuses to send me a new one.
Has anyone encountered such a problem? Do you really need any confirmation?
Update: What did you agree on with currency control? I converted the last page of the offer to jpg. I printed my details under the Russian part, under the English details of Upwork. I added my signature (fortunately, it is in png) and drew a graph. Tablet two dates, supposedly by hand. Then I stuffed this creativity instead of the standard last page and sent it to the currency control.

I want to know if this will not be considered a fake by the bank's security service?
Print the last page of the agreement, write your details, date, sign, seal in the left column. On the right - there is already a signature of the head of Upwork. Scan and paste back into pdf.
Well, either do the same in Gimp / InkScape / PhotoShop.
just put your signature
if necessary, sign at the top that you agree with everything.
A screenshot of your personal account is enough for Alfa-Bank to understand that you have accepted the agreement.
