How do I delete an FLR file system on an EMC Celerra NX4FC file server?

We have an EMC Celerra NX4FC storage system on which a file system with FLR-C (File Level Retention - Compliance) enabled is created, which allows organizing file storage according to the WORM (Write once- Read many) principle. When files are written to this FS, they are stored, deleted and changed normally, however, if you set the "read only" attribute to a file or directory, then it will not be possible to delete or change it. The storage period for such files is set to infinite by default, that is, always, and it cannot be changed (only possible in the case of FLR-E mode).
After several years of use, the file system was not needed, and they tried to delete it through Unisphere Manager: Storage -> File Systems -> Right Click on FS -> select "Delete" - after that a message appears that there are files on the file system that are protected by the FLR mechanism and you cannot delete this file system until the file retention period expires ("The file systems selected for deletion contain at least one file system with FLR-C enabled. Protected files still exist on this file system and the file system cannot be deleted").
The EMC Guide to FLR Filesystem Maintenance says that you can change the settings and expiration dates for protected files through the FLR toolkit. I installed it on a PC (Windows 7 SP1) and tried to change the attributes of locked files,
I read that you need to enable the DHSM mechanism on the file system and create a DHSM user for it. However, Celerra writes that it is impossible to enable DHSM on a file system with the FLR mechanism:
[[email protected] ~]$ fs_dhsm -list
id name
[[email protected] ~]$ fs_dhsm -modify id=21 -state enabled
Error 13159628841: DHSM cannot be enabled on FLR file system, fsid: 21. [ nasadmin
@celerra ~]$
the retention period is infinite, you cannot change the retention period itself, you cannot turn off the FLR mechanism on the file system itself, and you cannot delete the file system itself because of these files.
How to delete the file system or files that interfere with deletion?

Understood. A file system with the FLR-C mechanism cannot be deleted while there are locked files, because they are blocked "indefinitely" nothing can be deleted. The only way out is to remove the DART OS from the EMC Celerra, remove the LUN it was using and install the file server on a new one.
