How do I convert images to text in Django?

Friends, the bottom line is this: I need to upload scanned documents to the database, but I need the image to automatically turn into text (as if there is a fanny reader between me and the database).
Tell me, please, which libraries to turn to, what tools to operate with?

Or if Tesseract's capabilities do not suit you - try cloud solutions - the same FineReader: ABBYY Cloud OCR SDK
