How do I convert a poster captured on camera to a rectangular image?

In the photo, it looks like a quadrilateral, the edges of which are the edges of the poster.
You need to make a rectangle, as if the poster was taken with a scanner, and not with a regular camera (smartphone) at an angle.
OS: windows

Adobe photoshop
tool -> Perspective Crop
select 4 corners
Enter
Result:
then we take some kind of pdf editor (abby fine reader, foxit phantom pdf (I don’t recommend Adobe))
and scan it,
then save it as a result,
we’ll get a scan of the document

On the phone, I use this program https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com....
It shows ads, but it corrects the captured images well. The result can be saved in pdf and jpg.
