How do I connect with a popular designer on Behance?

All in all, a long story.
I did one work for my portfolio here. It got very big. I immediately took the challenge to go to the interaction section. I began to wonder what other designers were writing about this and somewhere I came across the answer that all you need to do is be popular.
It didn’t really scare me, but on the contrary, it pushed me to something else.
In addition, in the comments on Behance I constantly see “Awesome, check my works” and how novice designers subscribe to everyone in a row to find subscribers.
Therefore, I decided to simplify life a little and created a group on Facebook, where designers can mutually subscribe to each other.
The only problem is that it will only work when there are enough designers in it and that it is still difficult for me to develop it.
I previously made a presentation of this group, which I need to post on Behance and which should bring the bulk of the users. But for it to have any meaning, it must be popular.
I am making this group not entirely for myself, but for the community, so this presentation has some advantage over other works on Behance. And I think that if you try, then some popular designers would support this idea.
Here. I don't know yet how to contact them and where to find them at all. I also don't know where to find designers who could help the development of the group.
Can you suggest different forums, communities and places?

So there are private messages on Behance. Write boldly in a personal.
PS: I have experience of correspondence with designers on Behance via PM on various issues. Once I asked for a font, they gave it away for free, once I bought a layout, and so on. There are people who respond and are adequate, there are those who will ignore the message. Write, try.

I'll tell you how you can and should do it. And so I do, I myself sometimes, if the work is really cool.
But remember, this is the time.
The goal is not just to chat, but to get a like from a cool designer.
How to find a cool designer? We stomp to the Discover section - https://www.behance.net/featured
Here we either immediately look for authors by a large number of likes, or filter by topic, which would coincide with your line of work. And then we are already looking for top ones by likes.
We choose the top ones, go to their pages and write comments on their work. But not from the nice cool series, etc. A real comment with an appeal by name. Rate the work. Indicate what you liked about this work, what you didn’t like. Be sure to end your comment with a question about this work.
Believe me, the author will notice such a comment, and something will answer. If you write comments adequately, it may show interest and go to your page. And there and close to like.
In this matter, the main thing is the sincerity and adequacy of the commentary. You can ask for advice later, but in no case do not write - look at my profile or give me some like. Or something like that. Do not ask for evaluation of your work. This is stupid and immediately looks like insincerity. Put yourself in the place of a cool designer, and think about who and how you would give an answer and a like.
