The goal is to teach them how to work on 1C, how to make it so that after logging in with a password, they do not start the desktop, but immediately launch the 1C application and it is desirable that the desktop be empty so that neither the browser nor go to my computer can be launched, just label for 1C?

For these purposes, it is better to use special software, for example, Citrix, but if you want something simpler, you can specify the path to the application in the properties of the file with RDP settings, in which case the shell will not load, but this does not mean that it will not be possible to launch the browser, etc. P.
