How do I check if someone is using the unity asset I'm selling?

Let's say I'm selling an asset powered by unity in an asset store.
Buys a certain number of people.
And one day I find my asset in Vasya's game on Google Play.
Question: Is there any way I can find out that an asset is bought from me, and if not, apply certain sanctions, starting with "flag the game" and ending with a court?
Is the situation much different for games on other platforms?
That is, I, as a potential creator of assets (for example, 3d scenes), are interested in how the issue of piracy in this area has been resolved

look what's going on here.
there is no special protection (someone bought your asset. downloaded it and can distribute it right and left.
If you find a game with your asset, you can of course declare lost profits, if someone really earns from this application, and if this is an indie project what - something for fun - it's not worth your nerves))
But, in 95 percent of cases - if this asset went to the nameless Vasya - he put it in the store - and NOTHING) he has no significant profit.
And a normal earning studio will simply buy your asset if it is good.
Plus, many developers download a "pirated" copy of a paid one to make sure that it suits them. Approached, began to use - bought from the author as a token of gratitude.
such are the cases)) a good and sought-after asset is bought. and not everyone is willing to share what they bought for free))
