How do I block incoming calls from a specific number on Avaya S8300?

Hello.
There is a need not to receive (prohibit, block) calls from a specific mobile phone. Avaya S8300 system on a G430 gateway. I use Communication Manager / Avaya Site Administrator.
What do you advise, colleagues?

When creating a station, be sure to specify our COR, which has Calling Party Restriction: origination.
