How do DNS servers respond to receiving SSL?

Hello. Can you tell me if DNS servers somehow react to receiving an ssl certificate? Received with the help of the letsencrypt.org service, automatically configured nginx. Now neither http nor https works

They don't react at all.
Check your nginx settings.
