Do I understand correctly that, for example, a store somewhere in its admin panel on a coupon site drives in new coupons (quantity, cost, conditions, etc.), users simply buy them, print out a unique code.
And then in the store the seller checks this code in the same admin panel, and if it is there, does he make a discount / gift / etc.?

Let's say that there were not 100500 pizzas at one time, and at another time there were none at all.
