How do services like anonymous surfing programmatically work, if you type "anonymous surf" in Google or Yandex, it gives out a bunch of services where you enter the desired address directly in the browser and get to it from another IP? How it works? What technologies are used?

This is the most ordinary web proxy, which is a hundred years old at lunchtime and which today's stupid schoolchildren call "VPN".
It works like this: you go to this site (or install an extension), drive in the link you want to go to, and this anonymizer gets access to everything you enter on the site, including logins and passwords, puts ads on the page, stupefies and slows down, but yes, it changes your IP.
