How difficult is it to read data in MariaDB when you have physical access to the media?

Good afternoon.
Due to the special implementation of the task, MariaBD is located on flash memory (SD). There is a risk that this media may fall into the hands of third parties. How easy is it to read the data in the database if you have physical access to it? What level of training of a specialist (user) is needed for this? Are there options to significantly complicate the task of reading data (maybe encryption or something else)? Sorry for the stupid question, not an IT expert. Thanks in advance for your answers.

Minimum.

Volume (disk) level encryption, such as Bitlocker or TrueCrypt.

Hello.
The easiest way to protect data from being viewed when a person physically accesses the flash drive is to encrypt the entire flash drive using
LUKS https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Dm-crypt_(%D0...
The limitation will be that on every restart computer will have to manually decrypt the partition with the database located on the flash drive.
