How correct is it to use html layout inside the infoblock announcement?

Comrades, please advise!
There is an "infoblock", the elements of which contain information about the "position", "age", "experience" and "name".
It is displayed in the form of a table:

It receives data into the table from the "announcement" :

Question: how correct is it to use html layout inside the information block announcement?
Is this allowed? What alternatives are there that would leave plain text without html elements?

@Vikkiners

Allowed and successfully used by users. What confuses you?
If you don't want to format the text in the announcement, set up properties of the "string type", fill in only the text in them.
Display on the page, and let the style file be in the component template.
