How compatible is Laravel with DDD ideas? I mean out of the box ... or can not do without additional components?

I don't see any reason why it doesn't fit. Like because of ActiveRecord?
DDD is not tied to a specific framework. The whole question is how you distribute the layers and divide the logic between them.
